ISO 9001: FOUNDATION

The ISO 9001: Foundation course provides participants with a solid understanding of the requirements, structure, and practical application of a Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001, the world's most widely adopted international quality management standard.

ISO 9001 is published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and is applicable to organizations of all sizes and sectors. The standard emphasizes customer satisfaction, consistent delivery of products and services, process efficiency, risk-based thinking, and continual improvement.

This Foundation-level course goes beyond awareness and introduces learners to core ISO 9001 clauses, quality management principles, process-based management, and performance evaluation concepts. It prepares participants to support QMS implementation, internal audits, and continual improvement initiatives, or to progress to ISO 9001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor certifications.
